Request account deletion

Parasail Pro · Fathom1K Inc.

You can ask us to delete your Parasail Pro account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to make that request, what gets deleted, and what your employer may be required to keep.

Deletion is permanent

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Your profile and access are removed, and you will no longer be able to sign in on any device. If you only want to stop receiving messages or step away temporarily, contact your company administrator instead — they can deactivate your access without destroying anything.

01How to request deletion

Email us from your account address

Send your request to support@parasailpro.com from the email address on the account. We use that to confirm the request is genuinely yours — we will not action a deletion request that arrives from an address we cannot match to an account.

Tell us who you are

Include your full name and the company you work for. Accounts are company-scoped, and the same person can appear at more than one operator, so we need both to find the right record.

We confirm and action it

We will acknowledge your request and confirm once it is complete. We aim to action requests within 30 days.

Email a deletion request

That button opens your email app with the details pre-filled. If it does not open, write to support@parasailpro.com directly.

02What gets deleted

03What your employer may keep

Parasail Pro is a business product, and some of what you create in it belongs to the company rather than to you. Operational records — submitted daily logs, vessel inspections, weather acknowledgements, vessel tracks and engine telemetry — form part of your employer's operating and compliance record. Your company may be required to retain these, and deleting your account does not delete them.

Where those records are retained, we remove the link to your personal profile so far as we are able while keeping the record intact and attributable for compliance purposes. If you want a specific record removed, that decision rests with your company administrator, not with us — and we will tell you who to ask.
